Your exterminators are not competent, thorough, or detailed oriented. I wish I would’ve got the name of the exterminator that came to my apartment yesterday. He seemed disinterested in helping understand a particular bug that I’ve been seeing in my apartment. I showed him a picture and it appeared he didn’t even know what kinda of bug it was. He just flashed his flashlight around a few times and gave me a haphazard explanation of what he thinks the insect could be. He did no thorough assessment or even attempted to conduct a detailed investigation. Not only was he not thorough, but clearly you all don’t have good customer service because he even came on the wrong day. Smh!

After vetting three different companies, I choose and continue to hire Stanley Pest control for yearly preventive inspections and any needed treatments because they are thorough and trustworthy. Their workers check the attic and under the house, as well as and wooden outside structures. I have complete confidence that their services are the best in LA!

I stated what the problem was, and he put me on hold to see if he could get any availability in my area. Thank you Thomas 😊 he was very thorough with search upon arrival...
