Graham was a sweet and respectful young man. And absolutely amazing! They gave us a 2 hour window for arrival and Graham was early so that's always good in my book. From the start he communicated with me very well. He wanted to know if there were stains that I was concerned about. He listened to all of my concerns and explained the process assuring me he would do everything he could to remedy any issues but was also honest about the fact that not all stains can come out 100%. I took before and after pictures and the difference is just amazing! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and Graham. And they stand by their guarantee without any hassles.
