Overall, customer service was great; however, I’m disappointed with the results. I cleaned an area of about 30 Sq/ft myself a week before Stanley Steamer arrived so I can compare my work vs theirs. I utilized a brush and toilet bowl jell cleaner. This resulted in whitening grout. The remainder of the tile/grout that a professional company cleaned still look similar as it did prior to cleaning. I have a photo of my area vs. theirs. In the photo, you’ll see the difference when you zoom in. If you notice where the grout gets dark, versus where it’s light. Unfortunately, my work was more thorough than theirs using commercial equipment. For $415 and an hr of work, I’m disappointed.

We are very satisfied with the service that was provided by Stanley STEEMER! We had two rooms and our staircase cleaned and the results were excellent! James, the technician was very polite and professional and he made sure that we understood the process and answered all our questions as well. Overall it was a very positive experience and we look forward to utilizing their services once again!
