I had my carpets cleaned on April 23, 2024 and I can’t give the technician enough praise!! He was polite and knowledgeable and a hard worker, my carpet looked brand new when he was done cleaning them!! I feel really bad because I can’t remember his name but he is located in the Chico office and I have supplied his picture for future reference!!
