Drove an hour here and called ahead of time to see if I could get a blueprint printed. They said yes. When i showed up they told me they could do it by the evening. What a waste of my time.

Love my local Staples! Whether printing flyers, mailing packages, buying a printer, etc. They just make it so easy!! Thanks!!

So the pricing here is Way High! Which basically brought the number of stars down to one. However, the customer service representative who I found in the back of the store and who was busy reorganizing the place, walked all the way to the front of the store and helped me find what I was looking for. I appreciated that she walked all the way to the front of the store however when I realized exactly where the thing I needed was and that she could have easily just told me it's on the front wall and that she didn't need to walk all the way to the front with me it was a little odd. I'm giving them four stars because that seemed like it was above and beyond to go that far. But seriously a computer power cord for over $10 is way too expensive. Thankfully I didn't buy it and I did find my missing power cord later!
