This is for the TSA pre-check staff. He is so rude and the whole process is so ridiculous. My appointment is 9:50am and I arrived there at 9:53am. The stuff said he has to cancel my appointment because I was late. Ok, I would accept this if he's been waiting for me. In fact, when I got there, he's been doing the process for the last customer and I've standing there until he's done. After this staff finished, he didn't notice me until 2 mins later. Then he asked me what's my appointment time and then he said he had to cancel my appointment because I'm late. Excuse me? So this man allows he does his job late, and doesn't allow others late.
