We had a problem getting a .msg file from Outlook to print. Mike was called over to help us out. He was able to convert it to a .docx file since he figured out we actually had Microsoft Word installed. So we saved some money even. Mike should be recognized as an outstanding employee! We will be back!!!

Usually pretty good but today was not. Went to the print counter to get something laminated and some stamps made. Stood there for 20 minutes while they took back Amazon returns and three employees waited on one lady. Then they blantly helped a customer that walked in after me. Plenty of people working at the print counter too. They need some retraining or maybe there were far too many employees working at the counter and a few could be fired.
