At the Lancaster, CA location, Vince took the time to walk me through the Staple App and shared with me that my purchase of a printer increased my point total to a level that would enable me to purchase a $129 office chair. When I returned a few days later the new store manager Ricardo assisted me in applying those points to make that purchase using the points. What a great surprise to be able to obtain the chair via the points and before the chair went off sale! Great customer support.

Amazon return line is ridiculous. Three people in the front doing nothing, just chilling and one girl, slow as one can ever be laughing and as if processing returns. I’ll email to Amazon. If the management is doubting, check your cameras on Sep 23, 2024 at 6:20 PM.
