I recently visited Staples to return a pre-packaged, labeled item, and the experience was terrible. The service was incredibly slow, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to make a simple return. They only had one person handling Amazon returns, shipping, and other services, which made the process painfully slow. It's very disappointing that this is the closest Staples to my house, as the wait times are consistently long and make it very inconvenient. The young girl who helped me
