More need to shop in-store to support all the items we need and pay CASH if at all possible .... If you're looking for support for something you got last week, you may be disappointed by the way PROGRESS screws even itself ... At least the employees were friendly and helpful.... And i do appreciate getting the online price in-store.

The worse customer service ever! This place has nothing but rude helpless employees who don’t want to work and want to get there bad days out on their customers! If you want to get in a terrible mood! Then come to staples! Someone is bound to piss you off!

Rating the TSA pre check station. That lady is awesome she deserves a raise. We came an hour early for our two appointments. Actually, mine was an hour, and my husband was 3 hours.

She took us both in early. She was so fast. She went through each person so quickly. I am grateful we didn't need to come back. Definitely would recommend it. They also offer UPS and Amazon returns.
