Amazing customer service. The staff will go out of their way make sure you get what you want and are happy with your purchases. The Copy Center and Easy Tec are staffed with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. Great store!

I love the customer service here. I just purchased a cell phone last month and it went crazy today. I couldn't turn it off, it would turn on again. I called them a I knew I purchased their service plan which I typically don't by, but it was probably still under the Samsung warantee. They took it and traded it within an hour as they knew I needed it. They found a work around solution to helping me be a satisfied customer. I have had many other positive experiences there.
