Tried to tell me that I couldn’t return a faulty printer without the hard receipt even though I had one emailed and I bought a 4 year protection plan that can work at any location (with my account attached of course). Eventually he said he could look it up by debt card after I was told I had to drive miles to the location I bought it from three times. Then after processing there wasn’t even a “have a good day.” Or “thanks” after I said thank you. Just rude 0 star service. If you must go to staples go to the Redmond location.

I didn't know how else how to commend the manager of your 140th st NE Bellevue, WA store. phong vuu. this man is the most amazingly wonderful great person I have come across in a very long while. he is helpful, he is true to his word, his employees are all top notch and friendly. the store is always clean. I will be shopping here for a long time to come.

Haley was the single best customer service experience I’ve had at any Staples. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will make it a point to shop here because of her. I felt that she really cared about me finding the exact product that I needed! Thanks!
