Walked around the store for about 20min looking for a particular item. Sales reps all over the place, not a single one asked me if I needed help. On my way out the door after not finding what I need and not getting any help I left, but seen a guy behind the counter. I began walking up to him and he gave me a really sour look so I just said never mind then and left. I have bought 1000s of dollars in tech from this store. I will never go back

I was on the search for a laptop for school and I looked around at all of the competitors and my last stop was staples. I spoke to a guy named Chad and he was so much help. He asked lots of questions to pinpoint what laptop would be best for me. He was the reason I ended up buying a computer that day.

Very friendly, helpful tech service ! Please note the "spill" is actually a life- like demo of what could happen when a spill may happen on one's computer....had me fooled, too! Lol!
