Eh. . . . I went in with the intention of buying a laptop and some printer ink. As soon as I got the correct printer ink they escorted me to the register so I could pay right away and leave the store. . . Didnt really feel welcome to stay and browse

I love staples! But this is the single worst staples ever!!! The elderly people at the registers are aggressive and rude. Not to mention they are literally clueless on the company policies and blame their incompetences on the "stupid computer". Specifically I am referring to both the Ederle man with hearing aid and woman with curly hair.

My purpose was to purchase an USB cord to install a wireless printer, purchased earlier at another Staples store. I brought in the printer instructions and said that the instructions indicated that I should use an USB cord for installation. The tech person said that she didn't think the USB cord was necessary, so that interested me as I had installed other wireless printers without a USB cord and was wanting further clarification. It seems that their tech people cannot look at instructions with you (for a product sold by Staples) and give you free advice. They offered to come to the house for $79.99 and install the printer, but could not give me advice there in the store. I was thoroughly confused and felt like Staples was leaving me hanging. Left with a poor impression of their customer service policy. When I purchased the printer at the Staples in Westwood, I had been given exemplary service - lots of help in determining which printer I wanted. This store didn't come anywhere near in providing me with help
