Special shout out to Hazel in the printing services department for being an excellent worker! She remembered my name without even seeing my face and had warm and kind customer service. I hope to see her regularly!

Service here is terrible. When I asked Ashley for help she told me to wait a minute while drinking her Starbucks coffee. Then I was confused on how the copier worked because nothing was labeled. I told her that I did the same thing the guy I spoke to last time and she told me that he was wrong. She acted like she didn't want to help or be here. Next time I'll drive the ten minutes to the library for my copies to me made. They also don't make me pay for copies that don't come out wrong.

I wanted to recognize cashier Aileen, who took the time to help me update my app to take advantage of some great coupon deals! She could've just rang me up and let me go on my way so she could go about her day. You don't see that amount of customer care in retail these days. Thanks to her and congrats to Carson Staples for retaining such a good employee.
