11.02.23 - This is my favorite Staples store, because it is close to my house. Today I came for a printing job. The lady at this section was busy assisting (there were 4 of us, at the same time). But she helped each one of us, patiently and satisfactorily. I had one more question but by then she was busy at the counter. Another came from behind, surely noticing my raised hand. There was teamwork.

I guess this new attitude may be due to the new manager, PAULINE. I have known her since she was at the printing section and she had always been very helpful. I have seen many, come and go, but she and Joe have been mainstays. And they have always had great customer relations. And they know their stuff. Joe, I heard, works limited days so Pauline is just the right choice. I know them though I am sure they do not know me, being just one of the regular customers.
