Today I went in to just do an Amazon return... I was a witness to amazing customer service provided to the customer ahead of me, then I was greeted with the same enthusiasm and kindness. Jessica (yessica) who is the supervisor of the print shop was beyond amazing! Told me about the coupon I'd be getting and how to access deals on the app. I come from over 17 years of retail management and this was genuinely great customer service!!!

Horrible service they have place card for item but not the item , then I get ignored at the register and they help someone behind me instead me. Horrible place
