I purchased a very cool large wooden chest that I had seen months before that had gone on sale. I was determined to fit it in my tiny convertible car to take it home. Emma helped me at the register and then went above and beyond by wheeling the chest out to where I was parked. She and two helpful nearby people then lowered the chest into my car’s open roof. The whole experience made my day, and I love my new piece.
