It was important that I get the Xbox out that day and although I had made contact with them many times on my progress and eta they would not allow me to pay them and get my Xbox at 4:57 (according to my cell phone) because their store clock said 5:05. The lady I had talked to several times seemed understanding and that my late arrival wouldn't be an issue since it would only be moments but the man I talked to last who was not a manager wouldn't budge at all. My complaint might seem small to some but I was so very frustrated that I had tried so hard to do everything since 3 that had to be done to get to the pawn shop before 5.

I've tried to buy and sell from these guy over the last couple years, and every time they turn me down. Other shops are way more willing to work with you, and would at least recommend places to try. These guys seem pretty stuck up and only care about making the most money.
