I mobile ordered at this location. The manager said they were running 15 behind on drinks. They were slammed in there with orders. The manager was firendly and very apologetic. He then walked around and gave everyone waiting $4 couple for our next drinks for the inconvenience. I thought that was so thoughtful. Stuff happens sometimes and this was definitely not needed but he did anyways. He handled angry customers well and made sure he always had a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure he was acknowledged for his composer and professionalism. 100% would recommend. Drink and food was also great!

The manager and crew here this morning on 2/2/22 go above and beyond! True example of leadership and teamwork! I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oat milk latte while waiting for a call while working on the ambulance. Service was fantastic with a busy crowd! Keep it up y’all!
