Very unfriendly went in for milk for my baby and asked help as he is crying she was like wait for.ur turn and madam tats all. Been before where the staffs are extra helpful and the moment they hear baby they prioritize as it's a very simple process. Wasn't very just but the whole place was compacted

I come here quite often and normally I have a pretty okay experience but I had gone in to pick up my mobile order and when I arrived to pick up my item my frapp was almost all liquid ( now mind you I had arrived before the order was made and was waiting for my drink to be made) and when I was move it around in the cup one of the baristas asked me what was wrong I explained and she turned around and asked the baristas behind her( who made it) she rudely said it was because I asked for a triple shot in a grande frapp. I get this drink regularly and it is not normally like that . They didn't ask me if I wanted a new one or anything. Also it was quite bitter compared to normal..

Great store with great staff. Gay and Gen were awesome, kind, and made a great vanilla latte. I'll save this store for the next time I'm in town.
