On days I come here in the mornings, the drinks are horrible and not made correctly (even the ones I’ve ordered from their menu). Customer service is not the greatest when you’re using their drive thru. No greetings, no you’re welcome, and a lot of blank faces. I’ve ordered once inside and it was decent service inside.
I’ve started to drive the extra mile to another location.
Make note that Google reviews are much higher than Yelp reviews. I don't get the super bad Yelp reviews. Large clean dining room. Music at a reasonable volume. Employees seemed friendly and helpful. Coffee was fresh from the new Brew on demand machines. No complaints. Convenient parking right outside the door. I did sense a little bit of chaos and disorganization behind the counter, but it did not impact my order.
