Don't want to do an complaint op-ed about some twenty year old forced by our capitalistic regime to work a lame job for low pay; but I'm gonna do it anyway.

For 20 minutes the person (partner/barista?) told me my food was ready. All I ordered was a pumpkin loaf and (per staff recommendation), requested that it be heated up. Took 20 minutes, 18 of which probably consisted of the food just sitting there. Don't care about all that but it sucks to check in every five minutes only to be told it's gonna be another minute when it would take 10 seconds to grab the food.

If I'm gonna pay an excessive amount for a coffee and some pumpkin bread, I'd expect to not have to manage baristas is all.

Well it's 10:15 now and my daily complaining session is over. Until next time!

Very busy drive thru that moved slowly. I imagine they were short staffed that day

I stop here every time before hitting, or just coming out of the grapevine. Service is always quick and the store is always clean. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled, which is a great improvement.
