I came in to this location on Thursday, Nov 16 in the morning to purchase gift certificates. The ladies at the register were amazing!!!😍 They deserve a raise 💵 !!! It was also "Red Cup Day" so it was super busy.

All the employees kept it together and the orders were swiftly being expedited.

It was a thing of beauty.

This is the first location that does NOT smell like spoiled milk!!

This particular location is awesome. The workers there are all nice, and they definitely take care of you. Shout out to sam!!! She made my drink and it was awesome, promote her!!!

The female employee with black curly hair working today 3-25-24 at 7pm the Beverly location threw the cake pops on the counter to the point where my 9 year old daughter had to catch it. I called and spoke to Abraham the supposedly manager who was not going to be there until tomorrow supposedly her when I called the store to complain! That her name was Sam. Honestly Idk why ppl work in the service industry if they hate their life! She must be a broke unhappy as female who no one likes!! I hope management and the franchise owner sees this review cause she’s bad for business!! I wouldn’t want her working for me!!
