Such a weird Starbucks. I live nearby and have given this place a try a few times, but after my last experience, I’m not coming back. I ordered online before I left the house and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They don’t put out items as the come out, and wait for the whole order, which leads to inefficiency in getting drinks and food on the counter. Baristas seem confused by their own order system and kept checking and rechecking the names on items and wouldn’t call out the names.
A few minutes after I left, the lid popped off my drink and it spilled all over me and the cup and I couldn’t get the lid back on. They are clearly using defective cups or defective lids.
It’s unfortunate this place is run so ineffectively as it’s in a major location in the village. Wish someone else would replace it with a well run cafe.
