Usually this was my favorite spot. When I’m on the road I usually spend $38 on coffee and snack. I get charge 2.50 for extra caramel and shots on my beverages and this time all my drinks sucks! My drinks tasted more like watery milk, iced watery and no extra chocolate or shots, which I paid for. Simply bad service specially cashier on the drive-thu she was rude.

I’m sorry, but why the hell do you need a bachelors degree to work here? What the hell does that have to do with making a Frappuccino. Fix your qualifications, it’s already hard enough trying to get hired anywhere here. Thank you!! 👎
