Stopped in on my way home from Nespelem. Simple drip coffee, 'potty' break, stretch my legs, then back on the road. Staff was friendly and my coffee was hot... couldn't ask for more!

Ordered mocha cookie frappe no whip on bottom. Extra Java chips and no drizzle on top and said but still want mocha on bottom. Sara said it doesn’t come with it on bottom so I assumed the mocha was blended in and maybe others add extra on bottom. So I payed and got my drink. It clearly had no mocha sauce added to it and no extra Java chips unless ever other location goes over board on extras. Could be. My frustration is how she went I. And on about my drink to her peers over the headset saying how everyone else makes it wrong . Thanks for the Java frap. But I wanted a mocha Java frap . Very unprofessional to bash other locations and be so blunt about it. Was sad and disappointing to hear. Didn’t bother having my drink remade.

Truly enjoyed stopping in at this location. The drive thru was extremely busy but there was only one couple in front of me inside. The store itself was beautiful, organized and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
