Love Starbucks in general but the employee that works the drive through each morning does not embody the Starbucks cheer. They also make no attempt at not touching the money then your drink. This location could use a bit more attention from corporate.

I’m a huge fan of Starbucks for their consistency and desire to deliver great customer service. This location, however, was a total disappointment! Just a basic cup of drip coffee with extra oatmilk was a huge inconvenience for them. They overfilled the cup so it was basically lava, then added a drop of oatmilk. When I asked if they could empty some out to add more creamer, I was told they couldn’t do that. When I dumped some out myself then asked for extra creamer on the side, she brought out basically a thimble sized amount. When I asked for an additional thimble to make the lava drinkable, she refused and told me she could just cancel the order. I highly recommend more training for their drive thru. In the meantime, I’ll revert back to the trusted Lewiston location!

Horrible experience! I ordered at Carmel macchiato with oat milk and extra Carmel. When they handed me drink, I couldn’t even drink my coffee. There was so much Carmel and whip I couldn’t even stir the coffee. I asked for a refund and I didn’t want coffee. They gave me refund with major attitude.
