The baked apple croissant is a favorite in our house. Would go more often if the espresso was not so expensive.

I never ever give bad customer service ratings.. I’ve worked fast food, retail, etc my entire life and I’m always so kind to customer service workers. The employees here are rude. I stood at the counter and patiently waited and was looked at but ignored. Someone else who walked in after me was told “I’ll be with you in a second” and the employee went to help her before me and the customer had to tell her to help me. Not sure what I did wrong, the employee clearly did not want to help me though.. was I standing in the wrong spot to be able to order? Was she trying to teach me a lesson or something? I don’t know, that was a really uncomfortable experience for me. I will not be back to this location.

This is the venti latte that I received. They never fill up the cup.. this has happened multiple times. Not worth the cost. Won’t be returning.
