Ordered pumpkin bread warmed up and was handed the bread still in the pre package that they are shipped in. Whenever offered to warm up my food and I accept it is never warmed up. This has happened many times. Will not be going back.

I give Starbucks a 4 Star review because they live up to my expectations every time, without fail. If I order a sandwich or a drink, it rates exactly as I would expect it to. There's often a pretty serious line here but they power through it like champs! On the few occasions where the line overcomes them they have compensated me with free coffee. Which, in my opinion, makes up for the extra few minutes I might have had to wait. The only reason this is not a5 start review is because while they flawlessly LIVE UP TO my expectations, they rarely exceed them. Bottom line... This place rocks! They know what they're doing and they do it well.
