This starbucks either makes your drink wrong or puts so much ice that you can't even enjoy your drink. I got an iced matcha late and after drinking all of the 3 gulps of actual beverage I was left with a cup full of ice up to the lid. I thought the cups had lines on them so they could standardize how much of each ingredient and ice is in the cups? There's always a problem with my drinks from this starbucks, never a problem with the one in Fred Meyer or Safeway or the ones I go to in Lacey

people generally expect drive thru service to be fast
this place is slower than if you were to walk in a busy store
waited over a half hour in drive thru today how does corporate justify these times?

Stopped in and got four frappucunios for my family and the girl was so rude and every single drink made wrong. When I brought back my drinks inside to get them remade she rolled her eyes and refused to correct them! I took them to the Fred Meyer Starbucks and the nice girl fixed them for me. Save your money!!!
