Stopped through on my way to a family dinner. My order was incorrect. Disgruntled employees everywhere! Tim? Seemed new but was friendly and solved the mystery and gave me a fresh-made drink with a sincere apology and a smile. Things happen. Chaos can throw you for a loop, but don't go rogue on a customer for placing an order at the establishment You choose to work at. Hopefully management plucks those bad weeds soon. Would make for a nice regular stop. Maybe I'll look in on them in a couple of weeks and see if there is any improvement. You've got one employee there that looked at me with so much misery that it made Me contemplate my own life! Why on earth is that person in any form of hospitality/retail/ customer service??? I hope Tim? is still there when I return. Might see if he's interested in working in a more upbeat environment.
