They make the best coffee and make it taste the best on I-5 I’ve tried so far The employees are super nice and they make your coffee or order ready in less then 5 mins no waiting

I come to Starbucks almost daily before work and normally I stop at one of the Longview Washington locations. Today I had to be to work extra early so I decided to stop At this location on my commute to Portland. I was told specifically how to order my drink from multiple Starbucks baristas for reference. I order an iced Americano, no water replace the Water with a small amount of half-and-half, A splash of vanilla (1 pump) Caramel on the cup, Whip on top with caramel drizzle. Basically, I want the coffee shots with a little bit of half-and-half, not cream with a little bit of coffee. I’ve ordered this way numerous times. Whoever was helping me had asked me many times to repeat myself Because they couldn’t hear me with the freeway traffic. I was told my order was five dollars and some change. When I got to the window, a second barista proceeded to tell me that I could not order my drink that way, and that this was a latte and I had to be charged more. Not only was my drink wrong, I paid more money for it to be this way! I didn’t have time to have them fix it, Or argue about the cost. My drink was filled to the top with half-and-half, there was no caramel on the cup only on the top. Another charge I paid for and did not receive. Maybe it’s time I find a new coffee shop that doesn’t feel the need to act like the police.
