The customer service from Tina was absolute trash. Probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered. When I ordered a drink from the Starbucks website she chose to be condescending and said "I don't know why you keep asking me for that drink". Before explaining that they do not carry all drinks from the website. When asked to repeat the points on our card she didn't even bother to check again and said "idk I just say them the first time and don't memorize it". The other lady who made our drink was much more cheerful and friendlier. Don't work at a customer service job if you can't deliver decent customer service.

Recently tried a latte while driving from Seattle to Portland. It tasted like garbage - the expresso was missing any flavor. Recommend not going here and trying Starbucks in other exits.

If you are doing a trip south on the I5 don't stop here
- They don't accept Starbucks Gift cards here
- The highway sign with the food options on the I5 shows Starbucks. It would be great to mention it's inside a Casino, like go find parking then you need to walk all the way in. It's not like a normal gas stop as you'd imagine
I get that both of these points are probably out of the stores control but I would have kept driving had I known both of these things
