Store is decorated for the holidays, and is festive and fun. Oak milk pumpkin spice latte made perfectly. Staff was friendly!
I visited the Starbucks and the experience was atrocious. I asked the barista where the bathroom was, and she mumbled something unintelligible. I tried to clarify if it was across the street, and she rudely corrected me, pointing vaguely out the window.
When I finally found the inconveniently located bathroom, I needed a code. I asked her for it, and she snidely spat out the numbers with a condescending attitude. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful—acting like a self-entitled teenager annoyed by customers.
This barista’s poor communication and reviling tone were unwarranted and impractical. She needs to learn that customer service requires clear speech and basic decency. Avoid this Starbucks if you expect courteous and competent service.
