Anyone on a HOT day that likes Frappuccino drinks I would not recommend going here if you like venti sizes. It has been almost a month if not longer since they have had large straws. You can see what a venti Frappuccino with a small straw looks like. The straw has fallen inside of the drink. For a multi million plus dollar business, some manager has dropped the ball and keeps forgetting to order.

A Carmel machiotto should not be white, it is absolutely disgusting to drink this. It literally taste like I’m drinking a cup of vanilla creamer.
