This Starbucks is located inside a Safeway grocery store. I like it for it's convenience to my place of employment. I've always received excellent customer service with a smile and a thank you. There are times they're fairly busy yet they take the time to make eye contact and verbally acknowledge you. There are public restrooms and tables to sit at if you so choose. They have a sandwich/pastry case like the standalone Starbucks do.

Staff today made it very obvious that the slight tweak to my order ruined their day. They also made our other drink completely wrong. My drink tasted like sour garbage. I’ll stick with the lovely staff on Andresen. Always a pleasure going there. I don’t plan on visiting this Starbucks again.

I hate to be so generic, but this is Starbucks. No matter where you go, what time of the day it is or what season it is - it all tastes the same. This isn't a bad thing it just is the way it is. So what is unique or not guaranteed from one Starbucks to another is the service. I've visited this Starbucks (inside Safeway) several times over the past 5 years. I've never been disappointed by the exceptional service. My most recent visit I had added an extra shot to my drink. She made it without the shot and realized so after I had the drink and was walking away. She asked me to come back so she could make me another (correct) drink. I so appreciated her doing this. She didn't care that she had to admit a mistake in front of another employee or 3 other customers. I'm grateful she wanted to make an error right.
