The staff that I’ve experienced over the last month or two are the sweetest, most kind, people. I had some really bad experiences here in the past, and it’s a completely different atmosphere and vibe! Thank you, SB!

As soon as I walked in the store looked a mess the cashier has terrible customer service welcoming I asked for extra oat-milk she said I couldn't which is weird because every other store I have went to has allowed me to add extra milk to my drink not only the but the other workers were mumbling and talking about how I shouldn’t be adding extras blah blah terrible experience
