Absolutely horrible service. Sabrina was belligerent, rude, condescending, and unaccountable. No one greeted me when I entered which is company policy, and ignored me sitting at the register ready to order. When I asked for the birthday drink, demanded I have the app, even though it doesn't work on my phone. I said, okay, grab a manager and perform an override, she claimed she was, a blatant lie. I said okay, write your name on the receipt and I'll complain to corporate, and she refused. Typical narcissist, demand accountability from everyone else, but deflect it when it's them. Needs sensitivity training immediately, at best, kicked out the door most likely. Go woke, go broke.

I arrived at 5:32. The employees knew I was there. According to their sign they open at 5:30. I waited another 8 minutes or so. They never opened the doors. It would be helpful if a store would open when advertised. Very disappointing and another reason you are getting a bad name. Service is everything and you are not giving it.

There's a barrista there who thinks she's god's gift 2 man. Didn't say one word (anything) as I got my drink.
