I water 25 minute for a cappuccino and my daughter had her iced drink 15minutes earlier. Said they had a backup on hot coffee however every drink that they were making was iced. Not sure what they were doing but worst Starbucks I have ever been at.

Food and drinks were great, just took 45 minutes to get our drinks. They were prioritizing drive thru which is probably a management policy. Friendly workers. Just don’t stop if you are in a hurry.

The worst Starbucks in Washington!!! Service is horrible, wait time is horrible, drinks are horrible. It’s funny when you order a pumpkin chai and you get chunks of passion fruit through your straw. The Starbucks staff can’t even grab a clean cup when they started the wrong drink in your cup. No thanks Starbucks Chelan that will be the last time we go there.
