Great Service! I visited the drive-thru on an early weekday morning and I was pleased with the service. They asked my name, repeated my order to me, and checked if I wanted anything else. When I pulled up to the window, the server kindly apologized that my order was not ready and if I could park they would bring it right away. At first I was worried because that experience has not been the best with past establishments. But to my surprise, here comes a barista 5 minutes after I parked with my order - hot and fresh. I have to say my experience was way above my expectations, including the excellent service!

Great people doesn’t always equate to good food / drinks though sadly.
I’ve been going here for about a month every single day.
I’ve had 10 breakfast sandwiches that I’ve literally thrown out because they don’t cook them. I ask for it to be extra toasted and it seems to come out even colder compared to when I don’t ask… ( center of sandwich is literally cold touch instantly out of bag )
I go to this Starbucks in particular because they would make my drink good once every 3 times. Sadly it’s not consistent but the other Starbucks in the area can’t make it right to save their life.
Why is it not consistent? This isn’t a hole in the wall place. Why does my drink taste different every single time I go? I think that’s ridiculous.
But today my drink was so nasty. I’m talking tasted like bottom of the barrel goop.
Then I get a re make and it tasted like strawberry medicine. Like they didn’t clean the blender they made my coffee in… literally disgusting. Wasted YET again another $12 THROWN Away.
I’ve wasted at least $80 this month THROWING my food / coffee away cause it’s been so bad.
But it’s like a bad relationship. I keep going back hoping they will change.
It’s not JUST this Starbucks either. It’s literally every Starbucks in the area.
