I came here in the morning for something delicious to drink and a croissant bacon egg sandwich. When you walk in the place it's very relaxed, laid back, and very comfortable. I went to go order my things and the lady was just staring right through me and didn't even say hello or good morning. She just stared through me and looked miserable. I ordered my food and she looked like it was a burden to take my order. I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. But then after I finally got my order taken, it took 15 minutes to get my order. By the time I got my order, they messed my coffee and my chai tea latte. Then they remade my chai tea latte and gave me my sandwiches, and I drove on my way to class. When I opened the bag to eat my sandwich, they had given me the completely wrong sandwich. It was not a croissant. The sandwich tasted horrible, not fresh at all. I couldn't go back because I was going to be late to class. So I started drinking my chai tea latte; and it was no froth to it. It was horrible and flat, tasted like water with flavor in it. I was so aggravated because I love Starbucks and have never had an issue with the other ones that I go to so far. I will only go back to this one if I need to on my way to work or class. Other than that, from this one time of trying to grab a simple drink and sandwich, it was not worth going to or paying the money for the food or drink. I wasted my valuable time and money and will not be going back unless I absolutely need to, or if I want to give them a chance and see if they do better.
