I think that something is different about Starbucks. The coffee just isn't as good as it used to be and I've noticed that their Batista's appear to be less and less experienced and it reflects in their coffee. I started sticking with very basic drinks when I order from them now. My friend brought me to McDonald's and I was surprised that their coffee drinks tasted better than Starbucks!!! I would've never guessed that it believed that, but I tasted it for myself.

Staff nice , but sad how the employees are turned into corporate robots that have no power and the energy of there sad plight is depressing. Sorry for the diatribe, the coffee is good. ( my story) Overcharged and told to go to customer service at other end of store. ( would have been about 20 min lost of my time) So just took the lose. " so sorry, have great day". Good coffee , but left feeling like this coffee place has no connection or concern for its workers or clients- kind of sad. 😒

Waited in line for several minutes to be acknowledged.
My order was taken but I couldn't pay for it because they were waiting on someone to come back to pay for their order.
