Needs more GOOD vegan options. Their new plant based menu taste terrible imo. Very processed tasting, not like the "healthy" vibe they're trying to promote

This starbucks inside QFC had okay service and produced several okay drinks. Our frappuccinos, which are normally supposed to be somewhat icy/frozen, were given to us in a practically liquid state. The barista also seemed very new and inexperienced so this may explain the poor state of our drinks. It probably didnt help that she was all alone and had no additional help.

Coffee was fine, service was horrible. I was the only person in line, the girl at the register just ignored me entirely. Finally the girl behind her acknowledged me with "Hey" and asked me what I wanted as she turned her back to me. The girl at the register didn't even say a word or look at me as she rang me up, then turned around and walked away as if I was inconveniencing her with my purchase (I had to grab my own receipt off the register). A QFC employee made an order after me and they fully acknowledged him because they were work friends. They later handed me my purchase and immediately went back to their conversation. I'm sorry uninterrupted your play time by being a paying customer... How do these people have jobs?!
