The coffee is great, but there was one gal there that was really snobby and disrespectful. Definitely didn't have her customer service hat on today. Not to mention her voice was nails on a chalkboard. I forgot what was in the cupcake or birthday cake Fraps for my daughter and she was like, "we don't have that recipe, so no" . Luckily one of the younger gals remembered it was hazelnut and vanilla bean. I really hope she will see this post and remember her tips and gaining returning customers relies on the service provided.
