Asked for heated scone. It sat on pick up counter until cold without a short steps delivery or a verbal notification that order was ready. Whole floor unswept/ trashy And No Drip Coffee was available…at a Starbucks!!! What a SAD operation. Employees were very occupied with their own personal conversations. The place needs management oversight, someone with ambition!
Food is standard Starbucks faire…not inspired but not hazardous. Music is TOO LOUD! (That is probably intentional to circulate customers but annoying toy think or hold a conversation) Service is almost always 10 out of 5. As an aging retiree it takes me a few seconds longer to bring up the SB app, connect to WiFi, choose between $ and stars and complete the order. The staff is busy but the are never impatient. Thank You!
