Unfortunate - They where out again! This outlet does not always have Nitro available. It is understood inventory runs out - no complaints about that - especially the current state of things. The unfortunate part is to find out when you get up to order and not before. Finding out after waiting for 3 or 4 cars. Then unable to leave the line and needing to go through and exit the drive thru only to go to another. In addition when we arrived at the window no one was at the window, they scurried away. Would have suggested they put up a courtesy sign, something like "Sorry we are out of....". The big deal is this is the 3rd time in 3 months. Honestly it is extremely poor service and is a "to bad to sad" moment. Coffee is great, and the staff is super friendly. We went there for coffee and it wasted 10 minutes of our day. Unfortunate.

Poor service- I was the only customer, walked in and took around 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I was shocked, normally Starbucks are great about welcoming you. I placed my order for coffee, and then the person walked away without saying anything. I then waited another 3 minutes to be given my drip coffee that was just sitting on their side of the counter the whole time.

Extremely slow service. We spent over 20 minutes waiting for a hot tea. Just tea and hot water. Nothing else in it. We got our coffee we ordered but not the simple drink.
