Charlie said he has to go on break and is not able to make my drink that will take less than 5 minutes. He will take his break before 30 minutes of closing. He didn’t even acknowledge me and brushed me off.

Barista in Drive thru was AMAZING!!! Took the time to confirm exactly what my order was- I'm one of those people!!!! She even had me taste it before I drove away to be sure, then she wrote down exactly what I needed to say for the next time I wanted to order it.

We frequent this spot because of the Tesla Supercharging station on the parking lot. This is a great store with comfy seating, wifi connection, staff that gets the job done, and a lot of regular patrons. Warm atmosphere, hot drinks, Holiday mood! Thank you, Starbucks, for being everywhere!
