I’ve lived down the street from this location for 6 years now and no matter what when I come here I get the worst possible service. This time I went due to convenience, and I vocalized I had a mobile order at the speaker, pull up to the window and there is a mixed girl probably in her teens or early 20’s being EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Tells me a total that’s not mine and then when I tell her I have a mobile she rolls her eyes grabs my coffee, puts it in my hand and stays completely silent while glaring. No matter what when I order a coffee from this place they also never give you whip cream. It’s genuinely irritating. Not to mention I had 3 cars infront of me with one drink each and it took these baristas over 10 minutes to get a 3 car line through? Unprofessional and undertrained
