This location used to be very good, a quick stop no matter how long the line. Ever since they did a remodel in the middle of September it's been stupid long waits for way shorter lines. I was on the phone one day and I didn't move after placing my order for 12 minutes and then it was another 5-7 minutes after that to get my drink. Idk who has that kind of time in the morning.

First time I have ever walked into a Starbucks where it was Not busy, and not a single employee acknowledged us. When we got to the register, Lauren, didn't look up or make eye contact, she was just staring down to a small device, robotic like she asked, "are you ready to order?" I placed our order for 3 drinks and she just said scan your app to pay. Walked away and just started to make our drinks. There was another employee working the drive thru window and a third employee cleaning the restrooms. The store vibe was not good. One of our drinks was made incorrectly, I watched her pour milk but we asked for soy. She apologized and just made a new one. It was just not a good experience. I won't be back to this location. I'll stick with mom n pop coffee shops.
